Hi, I’m Catherine, an experienced and qualified career coach with over ten years’ experience successfully working with individuals and groups experiencing career change.  I began my career in industry, working for the Kingfisher Group, before moving into central government, and a little later on working as a management consultant specialising in People and Organisational Change.

I love working with individuals on their career goals and helping them to make the next move in their career. We all deserve to have a job we enjoy, and I work with my clients to understand what that is, and how they can achieve it.  My coaching style is thoughtful and reflective, with a clear focus on my client’s goals.

My qualifications include an MSc in Career Management and Coaching (Merit) and an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Cambridge. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Career Development Institute, and I work in accordance with their Code of Ethics.
